I have actually found that the majority of questions on AB can NOT be easily answered with a google search. Here are some questions that I have supplied answers to here on AB in the past: questions regarding Howard Stern and Sirius Satelite Radio, question as to whether an "Irish Honey Wine" will go well with Lavender Rissotto, questions regarding the Catholic religeon, questions regarding wine-making, questions regarding refinishing antiques, questions regarding sleep. I have also provided comments and ratings for numerous other answers. Google doesn't know what an Irish Honey Wine is, let alone whether it will go well with a Lavender Rissotto!

    • Assuming that it IS true, I would suspect that getting answers here is a whole lot more fun and a whole lot more interesting than simply Googling. And you also get the advantage of input from other AB participants, which can be instructive, intelligent, introspective, oh wait a minnit I'm getting carried away. Still, I agree -- many questions asked here are too nebulous for Google answers. (I know "nebulous" isn't the correct word, but you get the idea.) See? Google wouldn't be able to "get the idea." LOL
