I live in Texas, and the man that I married a week and a half ago just discovered that his exwife is 2 months late on her period. Does that constitute the fraud aspect of getting an anullment?

    WHAT ? He's not denying the baby is his ? If you guys just got married , and she is 2 months late . Then how long was your engagement ? Look at the math here honey . Either you guys met and married , or he's been fooling around on you .
