Would an experienced Answerbag moderator agree with the statement, "There is no such thing as a stupid question?"

Absolutely not!! There are PLENTY of stupid questions. I say to myself daily (while moderating), "did they seriously just ask that?" Some days I experience more pain than others (because for the most part I get to see a lot of great questions and answers), but there are days where my cat looks at me like I'm crazy (because I talk out loud to him when the not-so-bright question comes along) and I feel some pain. BUT, I do happen to be one of those types of people who thinks this a lot in general, so I'm actually pleased with what I see on Answerbag everyday...it's especially great compared to those question I get asked on the library reference desk (which is my day job). So no, to answer your question using less of a tangent, there are plenty of stupid questions out there...PLENTY!!! :)
