How do you deal with someone who likes to play 'harmless' pranks?

    harmless pranks arent a problem..but if the individual starts to exhibit pyschological behaviors like releasing pepper spray in air vents...or calling in a false bomb threat or sending death threats to high ranking officials..then you would need to refer him/her to a doctor..some kids cry out for help by doing "bad" pranks..like for instance, our old house was a target for the kids across the street to throw rocks and breaking our windows and scaring the poop out of our dog..now there's a case for a therapist.
