Ahhh I never heard of herbal remedies for this, but I do remember a doctor on tv like 20 yrs. ago recommending 100 pushups a day. From a fitness standpoint that doesn't seem like it would work any more past then 3 sets of 15 pushups. Sorry I couldn't help.

I saw this site online selling gynemax...http://www.getridofmymanboobs.com/pills/ however the ingredidents just resemble any fatburner you could buy at walmart such as metabolite or xenadrine. And when losing weight you can't really spot reduce you lose it evenly. And I believe its called gynaecomestia. I had a bigger then average chest when I was a kid, but when I started working out in highschool it started looking more athletic and gorilla like, even when I stopped working out for years it made the other guys jealous.

Thanx... yeah, that seems to be directed more towards guys with an overall weight issue.. I guess I should've specified, more like herbal products that can rebalance male hormones, or prevent the production of estrogens.. (excess fat can produce more estrogen, causing a vicious cycle - aargh!) You know, like women have all these herbal remedies for balancing their hormones... What are the male equivalents?
