Help answer this question below.

What is better to put with of the two. Physical or emotional abuse? Which one is easier to recover from in all feils (mental, physical etc.)

    I would say emotional. Physical abuse heals over time (depending on what it is, though) but emotional abuse lasts a lifetime.
