I burned myself with an incence someone had it in a dark room its charred a bit I applied a little vasoline and then ice any suggestions

Tylenol is not ibuprofen, it is acetaminophen

It's actually not recommended that you use ice. The reason is that ice can add additional damage via frostbite. I had second and third degree burns about 10 years ago and ice was the only thing that helped the awful pain, but the people in the ER were very clear about the dangers of ice on a burn. They don't recommend anything colder than water.
