    Someone who is responsible-comes to work on time or early, doesn't call in sick often, gets work done correctly in a timely manner.

    Has good people skills-great comunicator with costumers and colleagues alike, mature enough to avoid gossip, cares about keeping a healthy work environment.

    Someone creative and intelligent who is a good problem solver, thinks outside the box when needed.
