    Jim in a Nautilus COAT

This is an incredibly difficult and personal question to answer and I would not want my response to be a standard for anyone else. Personally I would. I would be devastated if I decided to let them slip quietly away, thinking I was saving them years of needless suffering, and the next week medical science made some breakthrough that could have reversed their condition.
