Help answer this question below.

My bf of 4 years broke up with me a month ago i am still in pain,he was my first love as i have been with him since i was 15 i dont know what to do as my heart is breakin and he is moving on how can he do so as he was in the realtionship for the same time

If you love him then you will want him to move on and to find someone else. If you love yourself you will realize that you deserve better and someone who can commit to you and move on as well. It's hard to start, but just remember, you deserve someone in your life who thinks you are special and you think they are special.
