These are some ways that may help:
Taking alfalfa tea twice a day
    Taking therapeutic doses of vitamins
Drinking a tbs. of fruit pectin with a glass of cranberry juice every morning
Gently exercise the joints in a tub of hot water
Eliminating sugar, white flour, macaroni, pie, cake, and sweet drinks from your diet
Rub the aching joints with vinegar before going to bed
Taking a bath in pure olive oil and kerosene, along with water
None of these remedies have been proven, people have just said that they have worked for them!!!
