Help answer this question below.

I m going to Australia with a skilled worker visa ( civil engineer) in about 3 months but i just cant find any job there do you have any suggestions that may come in handy?

    At the moment this is tough.

    Most large companies in Australia are on a "hiring freeze" and economists predict a sharp decline in employment of up to 7% by the end of 2009.

    The problem is that they will hire experienced workers where needed, but you said you just graduated.

    Unfortunately the timing isn't very good, but if you're already on your way here - introduce yourself in person and sell yourself! That should do the trick!

    • thank a lot, but i also freezed my journey too, i think i should have some working experience to move to another continent. so i stalled it for a year or 2...
