    • lol, some folks just respect living creatures bro. obviously ive killed some ants before when younger, or even when they invade the kitchen. but its not ''uncool'' to have not done it. the way i live my life now, i never hurt another living thing.

    • Yeah, well, like most things, one can get carried away w/ a personal position. Do you eat any meat? It's not surgically removed from the animal, yes?
BTW: I dig your AB 'handle' = great movie!

    • but i eat meat to survive, they are not being killed just for the fun of it. i just dont go out of my way to kill another living thing.

that doesnt make me a hippie tree hugger.

    • Just to clarify, dude = I feel the same way as you about wanton killing. But one has to realize the truth about themseves, no? Very few of us are without any 'blood on our hands'.
      Dig?

    • most people got over killing bugs and the likes in kiddy school, and realise to live and let live. where as killing of livestock is to eat, and is what creatures have been doing for thousands of years. killing to survive.

    • if vegetarians would like to argue im all for it. i respect peoples choices in life, and if people choose to be vegitarian so be it. but deep down they have deep rooted complexes.

    • I'm not a vegetarian, but what do you mean a "deep rooted complex"?

    • the fact they feel so strongly about not eating meat, and will suffer themselves in order to stick to their fundamental decisions. Even though humans have been eating meat as part of their diet since earliest man. all throughout the animal kingdom it goes on. we have canine teeth designed specifically for tearing meat.

the real reason i feel, as to why people decide to be vegitarian, is that they either have a weight problem, or they simply like the thought of being '' that person who stands for something ''

you constantly see vegitarians asking how to make '' realistic bacon '' or replicate other meats which they find irresistable. they are miserable not eating meat, it's all they think about.

dont even get me started on vegans......

i'm all for not needlessly killing animals, or diminishing the numbers to extinction. killing for the fur etc etc, but when its killing to survive. it's what nature has been doing for millenia. survival of the fittest. BUT as humans, being the most intelligent life form on earth ( supposedly ) we should have the intelligence to monitor what we do and how it effects the eco system. and take that into account. to make sure no species is wiped out or harmed etc.

what always gets me about some of these hardcore fundamentalist vegitarians, is oh no you cant eat meat, SHAME on you, but they eat fish lol. giving the argument '' yeah but fish are fish '' like fish are not a living thing.

im sure there is lots of things you will have to counter some of the stuff ive said. this is a topic for a debate in person.

    • I'm into your capacity to reason and your passion, dude.

Just be careful to never fully 'make up your mind' about anything.
