Why would my webcam be classified under unknown devices in device manager and the add new imaging hardware option won't work? WinXP SP3. LogiTec Quick Pro 4000.

You're reading My new Canoscan 4400F does a nice job converting 35mm slides to digital, but every so often it digitizes them in negative form and refuses to fix it until I re-boot. Any thoughts? Alan.
