Help answer this question below.

I got a 1984 cadillac eldorado, the car was stopped for 15 years without turning it on. Can the car still run? Do i have to replace motor or just clean it?

    The car should run. However you should change the oil, otherwise bad things might happen to it. I'd change the coolant too. And after you run it for a while i'd change the oil again. Old oil turns into a nasty sludge that can be corrosive as well. However engines can take a bit of damage, so while it's not the best thing for it, it might be fine.
