Is Monavie drink any good/all it claims to be?

      It's just fruit juice, nothing more.  It will not cure, treat, or prevent cancer, diabetes, bad breath, hemorrhoids, or any other malady; and if you are thinking of joining the MLM that sells, it, you should know that — as with all MLMs — the vast majority of people who try to make money in this one only end up losing more money than they gain.

      Fruit juice is good for you, but there are many, many, many other fruit juice products on the market that are every bit as good for you as Monavie, but at a tiny fraction of the cost.

      Monavie costs forty dollars for a 25.5-ounce bottle.  That's $1.57 per ounce.

      Compare to V8® Açai Mixed Berry http://www.v8juice.com/Products.aspx?SectionID=fusion&ProductID=120827 made by the company which employs me.  This product comes in 46-ounce bottles which can be found at Wal*Mart for about three dollars a bottle.  That's about 6.5¢ per ounce.

      This V8® product is every bit as good for you as Monavie, but Monavie costs twenty four times as much per ounce.

      And even better, when you buy V8® you're buying a product that is made by a very old, very honest, very well-respected company; and you are not supporting a network of spammers, con-artists, and similar miscreants.

      It's well worth noting that nearly every posting on Answerbag which is in favor of products such as Monavie comes from accounts that were created just for that purpose — to spam Answerbag with advertisements for these scams — and which have not been used to post very much of anything else.
