Have you ever had one of those days when you feel completely alone? like you really need a hug but don't know where to turn for one? if so, how did you deal with it?

Okay so you are talking about my daily routine!
Meds.Lots and lots of meds.
Then I call my Dr. when I can and get an Appt!
Some may think this is B.S. but it's true!
