Well first off I have been installing Aftermarket audio in cars for many years.. Nothing had to do with the acual radio. it was my amp.. Since i did this install in the dark with just a head lamp on i made one mistake.. I hooked the Power + wire and the Ground wire on the amp.. OPPS! but this morning i looked and swapped the wires around and its all working great. PHEW. thanx for the help though and now people know this as a troublshoot...

In case the amp is not working after that there is a diode mounted between + and - that shorts out when reverse power is applied. It's not too hard to change.

well no the diode is fine.. I mean when i hooked up the fuse i didnt have it on long enough to do major damage.. everything is in great working condidtion and i am bumping pretty hard right now.. but thanx so much for that info.
