    A popular form of sushi, which is rolled on a sheet of nori (dried seaweed), hence the name nori maki. There are various fillings, such as tekkamaki (raw tuna filling), kappamaki (cucumber slice filling), and futomaki (includes ingredients such as seasoned kampyo (gourd strips), denbu (sweet powder), sweet omelet, and cucumber).
