I have a 2 1/2 yr old girl that is allergic to mosquito bites and if she gets bit, the bite site gets very swollen. Once she got bitten close to her left eye and it got swollen shut, what can I do to make the swelling go down the case being a bite?

    ice would help. I am not a medical person but I think that children's benadryl may also help.
