Help answer this question below.
As an employer I will give them a leave of absense and assure them they have a job when they decide to return, but I am not about to pay anyone for not producing an income for my company. If I did, I would have to reduce the pay of the other employees. Why should they (pregnant women) be entitled to a portion of their ( working employee's) income?
I AM 36.2 WEEKS PREGNANT AND MY HEART WAS BEATING REALLY FAST AND I DIDENT KNOW IF I SHOULD OF RAN TO THE HOSPITAL OR WAT THIS IS A HOLE NEW THING FOR ME BEING PREG SOME ONE PLEASE LET ME KNO WAT I SHOULD DO?

Iam 20 weeks pregnant how many months am I and how far into the second trimester am i?...Iam asking because I just bought a fetal heart monitor and hoping it will work ok.
