"Indeed [PUNTUATE] it is clear that human nature intended us to murder [PUNCTUATE] to become the dominant primate"

Maybe a semi-colon after the 'Indeed'?

    "Indeed, it is clear that human nature intended us to murder to become the dominant primate."

    I put a comma after indeed and a period after primate.
