Help answer this question below.

Why do i have to press the brake pedal on my ford truck so hard to get the lights to come on? I replaced the brake booster... would this effect the lights? I also replaced the switch, but that didn't help.

did you try lookin at the wirein and replacin ur lights?

- yeah the lights are fine and everything works, but not as soon as I push the pedal. i'm afraid someone will rearend me because i can stop before my lights turn on.

- i asked my brother too and hes not quite sure what it is either try your local ford dealership

I have a '93 Ford Explorer and I have replaced all the brake lights and still my brake lights will not come on. My turn signals work and my emergency flashers work but still no brake lights. Fuses are good so what else could it be?
