I watch TV pool tournaments and the announcer sometimes says that the player shot a ball at "table speed." What does this term mean?

In a game of * ball is it only after youve pocketed all your ball and shooting for the 8 Ball you have to indiocate where you are intending to pocket the 8 ball? and can you change the pocket sfter a miss on you next turn?

You're reading What is the best way to pocket a ball that is frozen to a rail? If there is a best way, would you use this method for all angles of approach with the cue ball to the frozen ball?

Nope, this only works on short shots for a couple of diamonds, not table length shots.
