Why cant I play any games on my PS2? it asks me for a memory card but I really dont want to save anyhting, I thought that you needed a memory card for when you wanted to save your game info

Memory card for ps2 is not allowing me to go to a saved mission on gta 3 and just starts a new game. I deleted other games to have more room. I restarted ps2 and blew on the memory card. It didn't work. What might be wrong? and what do I have to do?

If you save a game on a ps2 memory card, can the data load on a different disc of the same game?

You're reading My memory card has been working fine for years, and recently i saved a few games on mortal kombat: armageddon and that worked fine too. then we returned the game, the memory card says "no data" on it,and i cant save or load from it. can i fix this?

...you sure about that? it wont damage it? plus i dont think its dirty, it still works for soul calibur 3 but thats it
