In India, how should I handle adult beggars and child beggars?

    The only way to handle the beggars is to give them a job .. in delhi there is a rule that one who offers some thing to the beggars are fined .. they have to pay rs.500.. until the people awake nothing will change in India

    • I think this is a great answer. a person might shine your shoes, or fetch something for you...they are actually earning money rather than just cadging it. much better on their psyche.
