What are the best foods to eat to stay alert?

    We need to eat some vegetables and fruits like banana. bananas help our mind to think further; it is good for our mind in short. Vegetables regulate our body and cleansing them too thus we became more alert because we can feel that there is no burden or heavy feeling.
