Yes, but not usually.
When pulling the boat out of steep launches I usually start applying pressure to the gas and then slowly release the brake. This takes some fine tuning but works well for those slippery landings.

You're reading Do any of you use both feet while driving(left foot brake/right foot accelerator)? This drives me crazy when I'm behind someone who does this because their brake lights are constantly on.
