Never heard of the NIPCC or their report, so I pulled it off the net and just read it. The argument is whether or not Nature or Human Activity is the cause of Global Warming. They lean toward nature.
The IPCC report on the other hand leans toward human causes. Also, reports from the American Association for the Advancement of Science and National Academy of Sciences contributed and support the IPCC report and have a lot more to lose by being wrong than the start-up NIPCC. (Aren't you a little suspicious at the simularity of the acronyms NIPCC and the UN's IPCC? NIPCC or IPCC? It's almost as if they would expect a novice to mistakenly take their report as the UN's.) Nice try fellas.
But the Nature vs Human argument is probably a moot one.
