Can a PAL tube TV be used in Canada? If not, any possible way?

    You're going to need a NTSC to PAL converter....

    Something like this:

    You run the Canadian signal into a VCR and run the signal back out, through this box and into your PAL TV.

    Also, you'll need a plug converter from your type to NA standard.
