Take the bulb to a garden store and someone there should be able to tell you what flower it is. Or you can plant the bulb, wait, and when it blooms, surprise! If you don't know what flower it is after it blooms, take a picture of it or cut the flower and take it to the garden store. You should be able to find someone who can identify it.

    • I'm rather partial to the "surprise" method, assuming the bulb survives the winter and the squirrels.
