Some people are so good at making new friends. How do they do that?

    i think it depends on the enviornment. i couldn't make friends easily per say at a car wash, but at a bar - yes! also, i've been wanting to start conversations with women - just for friends - and i keep getting blown off - even at bars and clubs? what gives?!

    • Maybe it's the way you've been approaching them. They probably think you're hitting on them.
