The longest I have ever held my breath underwater was 2:55. I'd love to improve that time but I'm pretty happy with it for now. This was also at the time I was doing a lot of freediving so I had a lot of practice.
How much training does one need - in Scuba Diving - before one can go Cave Scuba Diving?
