This all depends on your sound card. Your sound card needs to have two independent audio harness connections. The audio harness is the cable that connects your CD drive directly to your sound card. Each CD drive will require its own audio harness. The CD connection on the harness is pretty standard. The sound card end of the connection may have different types of connectors. If your sound card has more than one connector, you have to determine whether your sound card supports multiple connector types for a single input or actually supports more than one audio harness input. Hopefully the documentation on your sound card will have this information. If your sound circuitry is on the motherboard and not on its own expansion card, the likelihood of having multiple audio harness inputs is reduced. If you have the single input with multiple connector types situation, you can always try hooking both drives up to one of the different connectors and pump the audio through a single input, but I'm not sure if this would cause any problems or damage to your sound circuitry, especially if you played audio in both drives at the same time.
