Help answer this question below.

Is using my 3 yr old son ,not letting him come to me even though he is reaching out and crying for a form of child abuse. it is just to hurt meshe isnt even thinking of of his feeling should i report her for child abuse

    You can report it but I guaruntee nothing will be done. CPS doesn't intervene unless their is physical or sexual abuse going on. And that is sometimes a good thing b/c fosters homes are often not a good environment for kids.
