Help answer this question below.

A tenant whose rent my house,, alway's says that she work a law office b4 & have lots of connections inpolitics, she knows a lot about the rental laws, & honestly speaking that im not familiar with rental laws,i want her to move out,but im affraid to do

    In most cases unless she has violated her lease you're stuck with her until her lease runs out. Just make sure you certify mail her a letter stating you will not be renewing her lease in the appropriate time frame that your state requires (usually 60 days prior to the lease expiring).
