How do I select a good short-term (3-5 yrs) bond to invest in?

    It all depends on the rate and interest of the bond. Your best bet is call a local bank that has a financial advisor that covers municipal bonds. ASK that question!!! You won't find the best bonds on the internet - remember that the best bonds offer tax advantages that make the interest rate higher due to the tax deduction.
