Add a convenience store... Sell cigarettes, candy, pop, easy-to-carry (hand-held) food, energy drinks, headache tabs, a few small cheap toys, etc. THAT'S probably where you will make your money.

You're reading Exxon Mobil has said that their retail outlets are not profitable. If this is true how could anyone buy one and expect to make money?
