Help answer this question below.

I have had stomach problems for over 15 yrs. Four years ago they told me I have IBS, is there any new drugs out to help with the syptoms? I am on one now, but it's starting to lose its effectiveness. This is an everyday battle for me, no just sometimes!

I had a feeling you asked this question. :) They told me there weren't any medications for IBS that I just had to live with it. Was the medication for diareha or constipation?

- Diarrhea! I have another colonoscopy on the 25 of this month, because they are finally saying there is no way it's IBS. I am going to a new specialist and he basically told me that the other doc was full of it. So here we go again. I hope we figure something out this time though.

- Thanks a lot, I hope they find something to help soon. I am tired of living this way and that always being on my mind when I plan things or try and do things.
