If there is a god... why is she/ he being so cruel to half the earth and too gererous to the other half?

    I have met some pretty happy poor people and some pretty miserable rich ones.

    That said I think God wants us to help each other. I think he does help us every day but he also wants us to help each other and help ourselves.
