Are there any ways to condition yourself to wake up without an alarm clock?

    The most simple way is to place the alarm clock in a part of the room where you would have to literally get up out of the bed to shut it off,also using 2 clocks set 5 minutes apart in different parts of the room can help.

    • I tried the first technique, but I quickly found myself switching the alarm off and slumping back to bed! :)
