Question

Help answer this question below.

I don’t believe in god. So I think when I’m dead I won’t feel anything and just be gone. Mine relatives & friends will miss me and will be sad (that aside). But for me personally it will make no difference.

why am I still afraid to die?

What you are experiencing with these emotions is a "fear of the unknown". It is quite normal, as every humanbeing on the face of the planet fears the unknown beyond our own passing. Remember that fear is just a chemical reaction of the brain brought on by concious thought process'. These are moods that can be disciplined into more positive things and brought more into focus. You feel that you do not believe in God, but you fear the unknown, the what if's, etc. etc. Either consioiusly or subconsiously they are there to haunt and disturb you... because you allow them to. Focus more on the positive aspects of your life, and worry not about death, when it comes, it will be the least of your worry's.
