How do sims get pregnent

    Depends if you mean the Sims or the Sims 2.

    In the Sims (original version) an adult male and an adult female kiss and sometimes a box pops up saying "Shall we have a baby?" or making out in the vibrating bed sometimes has the same effect.

    In the Sims 2, there is an option when making out with another sim of "try for baby"

    If you mean any other type of Sim then I don't have a clue!

    • In Sims2, a male sim can also use the telescope at night, (this can take a few nights), and then they get taken by aliens and the male sim usually comes back pregnant and gives birth to an alien baby.
