That's really two questions.

My employer is a company — a very famous company. We have several well-known product lines; but we are most famous for canned soup. Yes, THAT company. This is a very good company that treats its workers very well; and which manufacturers excellent products that are fully worthy of this company's established and respected brand names. I am proud to work for this company, and I consider myself fortunate to be a part of it.

My “boss” would be any of several people who manage my department — very good people all of them.
