Answer for you in Reflexology :

I've always hated people touching my feet, but when I was in labour with my now 10 year old, my friend was a reflexologist and came with me. She put pressure on certain points of my feet throughout the labour process and I went through the whole thing without any medication whatsoever (he was my 3rd).

I'd gone from 0mm dilation to 10cm dilation in the space of an hour, which is a LOT of pain in such a short period of time. I remember the pain from having my 2nd child where the dilation went from 0mm-10cm in 3 and a half hours, so I was amazed that I actually felt less uncomfortable with the 3rd and can only put it down to being something to do with what my friend was doing to my feet.

I'd definitely say go for it."
