    Yarnlady is happy every day

Older people often experience loss of sense of smell. However, if there is a so-called "old person smell" it really means the person who lives there is not getting the proper care. The caretakers should be informed they are not doing their job, and should be replaced.

I have done volunteer work in nursing facilities and care homes, and it is definitely a sign of improper care.
