Help answer this question below.

My son-in-law is trying to file for divorce from my daughter-she does not want a divorce-can she contest this-we live in Illinois

thats sad but maybe they can work things out but i dont think she can..my sisternlaw was married for one year her husband went to arizona.they have no kids he didnt want a divorce but she did..she file he couldnt do anything.they were divorced in 3 months..good luck
