Yeah, i think this is very unfair. Speak to the teacher and tell him how you feel, if he does nothing then speak to his superior.
Dont let this guy in your class bully you crystal. I know its hard for you, but try to keep away from him, and if the teacher sits the guy next to you again, ask to be moved.
