I just got a new job for ChoctawArchiving and they are asking me to make sure that my SSN number has my married name, but I never changed it, What am I suppose to do? Will I still get the job?

If your married name hasn't changed, you're set. they can't require you to go to your married name.

They probably assumed that Nina "smith" is your married name and that your card might still say Nina "jones." But no, your name was nina smith already and you're still smith, you're in the clear.
