Is it inappropriate for a Catholic to date a Mormon who will be leaving for a mission?

    The young man....I am assuming it is a young man who is leaving on a mission, can date if he chooses to. The point at which he actually leaves on his mission, he is no longer able to do so. His total focus needs to be on his work and the service to which he has committed himself.

    As far as you being a Catholic makes no difference to his dating up to his leaving on his mission. Whom he dates is up to him.....and usually the parents like a small say in it.
